We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating excellent upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to kitchen protocols and hygiene regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt service.
Experience
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with food safety practices and basic culinary skills will be advantageous.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and teamwork.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
