Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation. Assist in food preparation and maintain high standards of food safety throughout service. Manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent guest experiences. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication regarding orders and special requests. Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in serving or kitchen roles is an advantage, particularly in fast-paced environments. Strong time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour. A willingness to learn and adapt in a busy environment, demonstrating flexibility as needed. Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
