Are you a motivated self starter able to run a cafe and small pizza restaurant?

We are looking for a strong manager who understand business and management and has the experience to lead a small team running a quiet but beautiful cafe / restaurant.

You will be responsible for running the day to day operations, delivering exceptional customer experience for a cafe and pizza restaurant ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and overseeing the systems reporting in a brand new area in Brent Cross Town.

The role will suit someone who has been working in fast paced cafes / restaurants but now wants a more relaxed environment to work with strong development potential before the area becomes busy and vibrant due to brand new flats / offices and parkland.

Duties

Lead and manage cafe staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent service delivery. Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure the cafe & restaurant is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within a restaurant or cafe setting. Strong background in food production and preparation, with knowledge of culinary techniques. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to multitask effectively in any environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous but not essential. Strong organisational skills to manage day-to-day operations efficiently. A passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for guests.

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
