As a Barista at Smith's Family Kitchen/Costa Coffee/DMC, you'll provide exceptional customer service and as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards.

What being a Barista is all about?

Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences so they get the best experience on every visit Deliver 'best in town' standards through presentation standards, availability Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to your customers. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations Working as part of a winning Team: pulling together with other members in the team to adapt to what can be a changing fast pace environment.
