We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Cafe Supervisor to host our customers and lead our vibrant team, while overseeing daily operations within our popular and bustling cafe environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a strong understanding of food and beverage service. Duties

Actively host cafe customers to promote a warm and welcoming experience for all Supervise daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Delegate tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of hospitality Train and mentor team members in providing customer service excellence Handle customer enquiries, reacting promptly to guarantee satisfaction Create an atmosphere that encourages teamwork and motivation Maintain compliance with food safety regulations Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and customer areas in accordance with health standards

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team Excellent organisational skills Demonstrated experience in restaurant or supervisory roles Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations related to food safety and hygiene practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.65 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
