We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations within our bustling establishment.
We aren't open weekends or evenings.

The Cafe Manager will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating food preparation, and ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the cafe.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily cafe operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Lead and motivate a team of baristas, kitchen staff, and serving personnel to achieve operational excellence.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients in line with food safety regulations.
Implement health and safety procedures across the cafe environment.
Monitor customer service standards, addressing any issues promptly to uphold a welcoming atmosphere.
Organise staff rotas, training sessions, and performance reviews to foster a motivated team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety legislation and hotel or restaurant policies.
Develop promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clientele.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
Proven experience in supervising or managing within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in team management and staff development.
Previous experience in hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Good communication skills with a friendly yet professional approach to customer service.
