We have two posts available with an average of 12.25 or 12 hours per week.
We're looking for a proactive and community-minded Cafe Supervisor to help run the day-to-day operations of The Vench Corner Cafe. Working closely with the Cafe Manager, you'll ensure the cafe is welcoming, efficient, and aligned with the values of The Vench.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the front-of-house team during shifts, ensuring smooth service.
Support and guide cafe assistants and volunteers.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Take initiative to resolve issues and keep operations running efficiently.
This role is perfect for someone with hospitality experience who's ready to step up into a leadership role. You'll be hands-on, organised, and attentive to detail, with a passion for serving the community and supporting a positive team environment.
