Senior Coffee Shop Team Member (3 Locations)

Part-time | 3-4 shifts per week | Every other weekend (max)

Lew's Coffee Shop is more than just a place to grab a coffee - we're a small, independent business at the heart of our communities in Llandaff North, Gabalfa Hub, Caerau & Ely Hub and Castell Coch. We believe in creating warm, welcoming spaces where quality, community, and personality come together.

We're now looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Coffee Shop Team Member to support our management team across all three sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves great coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in helping a growing, values-led business succeed.

About the Role

Working closely with the management team, you'll help lead shifts, support staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the shops. You'll be based across all three of our locations, bringing consistency, high standards, and a sense of fun and leadership wherever you go.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading by example on the floor - warm, efficient, and calm under pressure

Supporting team members and informal supervision of shifts

Assisting with opening and closing duties

Delivering excellent customer experiences - every time

Helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock management, and service

Providing cover and support across all three sites as needed

Being an ambassador for our brand and values

What We're Looking For

Experience working in a busy coffee shop or hospitality environment

Passion for speciality coffee and fresh, delicious food

A confident, bubbly personality and love for building relationships with customers

Someone who's self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable

A great communicator and team player

Bonus points for kitchen experience -

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 30 per week
