Supervisor Wanted at The Old Smithy - Beeley

Are you a people person with a passion for great coffee, good food, and creating an unforgettable customer experience?

We're on the lookout for a confident, friendly, and organised Supervisor to join our growing team at The Old Smithy Coffee & Social - a lively, independent cafe in the heart of Beeley. As we continue to grow and welcome more wonderful guests, we're looking for someone who can help lead the team day to day and keep service running smoothly.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, front-of-house leadership position. You'll support the owner in day-to-day operations, ensure smooth service, motivate the team, and uphold the high standards our customers love us for.

What We're Looking For:

Previous hospitality or cafe experience, ideally in a supervisor/team leader role Strong communication skills and a calm, positive attitude under pressure A natural leader who brings energy, encouragement, and great vibes to every shift Someone who's happy to roll up their sleeves - we all muck in as a team! A real passion for customer service, food, and coffee A love for working in a friendly, community-focused environment
