Bounce House Cafe is looking for an experienced and motivated Cafe Supervisor/Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while leading a team.

About the Role



As Cafe Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the cafe, ensuring the site runs smoothly at all times. You will work across both the kitchen and front of house, lead and delegate staff, and maintain high standards of food safety, service, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service during busy periods Lead, motivate, and delegate tasks to cafe staff Work confidently in the cafe kitchen under pressure Manage front of house operations and deliver outstanding customer service Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards are met Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally Support staff training and teamwork across all shifts

About You



Proven experience in busy cafe or hospitality environments Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure Confident working both in the kitchen and front of house Excellent communication and organisational skills A positive, hands-on attitude and strong work ethic Food hygiene training certificates preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Must be available to work

weekends and weekdays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.00-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week

Experience:

Hospitality: 4 years (required) Kitchen: 3 years (required) Hospitality management: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
Work Location: In person
