Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, outgoing Supervisor to join the team as we enter the summer/ festival period and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess excellent leadership and team management skills.
With a fast moving environment, with sit in and takeaway service, we are turning over a lot of people.
Duties
Supervise and manage cafe staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service and food turnover. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, and food safety regulations. Making coffee and hot drinks so experience on a coffee machine is essential. Maintain a clean and organised environment, following health and safety guidelines. Implement training programs for new staff members in food preparation and customer service. Placing orders for supplies as needed while minimising waste. Engage with customers to provide great service
With mixed clients, we pride ourselves on having fun with people and each other to create a nice workplace and all muck in over all areas.
Looking for someone full time (34-42 hours a week) with hourly pay, a free meal on shift, free coffee and hot drinks.

Pay: 11.68-14.36 per hour
