Bounce House Cafe @ Ryze Adventure Park, Mayfield, Dalkeith - Cafe Manager / Supervisor

Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in the cafe / hospitality industry & / or 2 year supervisor experience

Bounce House Cafe is looking for friendly, hardworking and experienced member of the team to join the cafe as cafe manager / supervisor.

We're a busy, family-friendly cafe situated in Ryze Adventure Park, serving homemade scones, cakes, fresh salads, sandwiches, hot food, and Nespresso Coffee. We take pride in ourselves on giving every visitor a 5-star experience. We also have HappyHopper Soft Play which is adjacent to the cafe which is the responsibility of the cafe.

We currently have a full-time position (40 hours per week) available. Weekend work is essential.
Cafe opening hours: 7 days a week (holidays times differ) -

Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm.

Friday 9am - 7pm

Saturday 9am - 7pm

Sunday 9am - 6pm

as cafe supervisor the role requires kitchen experience, leadership skills, strong and clear communication, customer focused approach, attention to detail, professionalism & reliability.

Kitchen Duties:

- Prep all fresh produce

- Prepare and serve customers orders

- Organise in-house birthday party food

- Must have experience in working cafe kitchens

Counter Assistant Duties:

Serve customers at the counter Clear and clean tables Restock fridges, display cabinets, and cake displays Keep the cafe area clean and tidy Wash dishes in the kitchen Complete daily cleaning tasks
