13.75 per hour

Hours:

Minimum 30 hours per week - fully flexible and available for weekends

Location:

The Grain Store, The Hatchery, Fir Ln, Middle Aston, Bicester, OX25 5QL

Reporting to:

Site Manager

As one of our valued Supervisors, you will set the standard and lead by example; hence a great eye for detail is an absolute must. You will strive to motivate and lead the team forward with passion and commitment to provide excellent customer service with a hands-on approach.

Key Areas of Responsibility of Supervisor:

Detailed Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting customers with their orders Assist in catering events, ensuring that all food and beverage needs are met efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organisation of The Tearooms including dining areas and storage spaces Operate equipment safely and effectively, including food preparation tools and bartending equipment when necessary Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Have fantastic communication skills on all levels Excellent customer service Support the management team in effectively running the daily operation Ensure team have clear objectives Ensuring all daily tasks are completed Responsibility for completing daily onsite due diligence Upholding standards and cleanliness throughout the site Support management with training of the team to the legal requirements of Health and Safety Show a positive attitude Introduce business solutions and ideas - we love listening and implementing positivity Maintain our company ethos:

Qualifications and Must Haves

Previous experience in a F&B or hospitality setting is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers A team player who can work collaboratively in a busy environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed A passion for helping others and providing excellent service Front of House experience (1 year required) Food and Beverage experience (1 year required)
