Cygnet is looking for a multi site supervisor to work along side the already formed management team to run 2 sites in East Lothian, Dunbar & Haddington.

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the cafe / hospitality industry & / or 3 year supervisor experience with minimum 2 year kitchen experience.

Cygnet is looking for friendly, hardworking and experienced member of the team to join the management team! We're a busy, family-friendly company situated throughout Scotland, this position is for 2 sites within East Lothian.

Serving high quality food, homemade scones, cakes, fresh salads, sandwiches, hot food, and Nespresso Coffee. We take pride in ourselves on giving every visitor a 5-star experience.

We currently have a full-time position (40 hours per week) available. Weekend work is essential.
Venue opening hours: 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday from 09.00 to 5.00pm.

As area cafe supervisor the role requires hands on approach, leadership skills, strong and clean communication, customer focused approach, attention to detail and professionalism and reliability. Must lead by example, motivate the staff to perform to the best of their ability, have a great eye for attention to detail, professional and strong leadership.

Kitchen Duties:

- Prep all fresh produce / assist

- Check all stock & deliveries

- Prepare and serve customers orders

- Ensure daily & weekly cleaning is being completed

- Up to date with all EHO requirements

- Must have experience in working cafe kitchens

Counter Assistant Duties:

Serve customers at the counter Ensure front of house is clean and organised Restock fridges, display cabinets, and cake displays Keep the cafe area clean and tidy Wash dishes in the kitchen Complete daily cleaning tasks
