Cafe Supervisor

Salary: 25,626.60 Per Annum, Plus Desirable Benefits

Based at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve

Our Catering Outlets Pinewood Cafe, Basecamp Cafe and The Lookout Cafe & BBQ allow our customers to relax and refuel whilst surrounded by wildlife and amazing views.

We are currently looking for a Cafe Supervisor, who will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operation of our multiple and varied catering outlets. Reporting to the Group Catering Manager, you will join a knowledgeable supervisory team with an expectation to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our team to ensure excellent customer service. Supervisors will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Exceptional supervisory skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.

Who we are looking for:

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with supervisory experience in the hospitality/retail catering industry, or someone with a customer service background who would like to work in a truly unique environment. We require a motivated team player, who understands the importance of excellent customer care and thorough training, who can also deliver a high standard of service. Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a passion for food & beverage is essential. A driving license is essential for this position role.

Contract details:

This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours a week, five days out of seven. You will need to have availability early mornings, weekends, bank holidays and school holidays. This role is based at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve near Folkestone and reports directly to the Group Catering Manager. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK. A reliable mode of transport is recommended due to our remote location.
