The Role

We're looking for a friendly and motivated

Cafe Supervisor

to join our team. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the cafe -- supporting the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service, and helping maintain the welcoming, high-quality experience our customers love.

This is a great opportunity for someone with cafe or hospitality experience who's ready to take on more responsibility in a supportive, independent setting.

Weekend availability is essential.

About You

Experienced in a cafe, restaurant or hospitality environment (supervisory experience a plus) Confident leading a small team and supporting others during busy service Organised, reliable and customer-focused Positive attitude and strong communication skills Passionate about good food, coffee and service Able to work weekends as part of your regular rota
