Cafe Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Cafe Supervisor to join our leadership team at The Fork & Flower. Working alongside our Head Chef and another Cafe Supervisor, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the cafe while delivering consistently high standards of service and quality food and drinks.

About the Role

As Cafe Supervisor, you'll play a key role on the floor, leading by example and supporting the team to create a welcoming, well-organised environment. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining excellent service standards, and helping build a positive, motivated team culture.

Hours & Pay

Set working days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday Tuesday available if required to top up hours Total hours: 30-37.5 hours per week Hourly rate: 12.21-13.75 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day running of the cafe to ensure smooth and efficient service Lead, support, and motivate the team, ensuring staff are well looked after and morale remains high Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food and drink quality Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally Manage ordering, stock levels, and deliveries Support training and development of team members Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met Assist with rostering and shift management as required
About You

Previous experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for great food, coffee, and customer service Organised, reliable, and confident in a fast-paced environment A genuine team player who cares about people
