Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food management, ensuring that our cafe provides exceptional service and high-quality food offerings. This role requires effective team management, adherence to food safety standards, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of cafe operations, inventory management, and customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas. Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service while fostering a positive team environment. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase cafe revenue. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to ensure a positive experience. Monitor stock levels

Skills

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hotel or hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional leadership qualities with experience in team management and staff development. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members alike. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Barista Trained Ability to handle cash & cashing up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
