we are looking for a passionate supervisor who will be ensuring that our coffee is going out looking beautiful and up to standard.
Making sure the customers receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of customer service.

This role requires a hands-on approach to managing shifts, food preparation, stocktakes, ordering and overall keeping the coffee house vibes top tier!

Duties

Supervise throughout the areas of peoples.. ( Container, Kitchen and coffee house) Managing daily coffee house operations, Ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality customer service. Order supplies as needed, and manage waste effectively. Able to complete stock takes monthly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries about allergens, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with the team with fresh ideas to elevate our status.

Skills

Proven experience in Barista / Supervisor roles within a hospitality environment. Able to work well under pressure producing high standard coffee art. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Exceptional communication skills for till with up selling skills. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer experiences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.85 per hour
