Craigie's Farm Deli and Cafe is located in the beautiful countryside between Queensferry and Edinburgh, but we are just 20 minutes from the city centre, so we have the best of both worlds! We're a thriving farm cafe that prides itself on using local, high-quality ingredients and showcasing the very best of seasonal produce. Everything we make is prepared fresh in-house - from hearty brunches to comforting lunches and tempting cakes. Provenance matters to us, and we believe great food starts with great ingredients. As our Cafe Supervisor, you'll work as part of a dedicated, friendly team to provide our guests with the best farm-to-table dining experience. Managing and motivating all team members to deliver outstanding customer service and an unforgettable experience. What we're looking for: : Management/supervisor experience in a cafe, bistro or similar environment : a people-centric approach, both in developing team members and delivering excellent customer service : a passion for serving fresh, locally sourced ingredients : ability to work well under pressure during busy service : a positive, hands-on attitude and good time management : Food hygiene knowledge and a commitment to cleanliness and safety We are a supportive, close knit team and welcoming team.
