Grounds Cafe at Birches Valley Forest Centre is looking for a Cafe Supervisor, someone with experience in managing a team of staff, running shifts, maintaining company standards and enhancing the customer experience. We are looking for someone to join the existing team who is able support the Manager and other Supervisors with the daily running of the Cafe, to follow opening and closing procedures and to complete company paperwork.
Do you have an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a busy environment and strive to exceed expectations at every opportunity then this is the role for you.
We are offering around 30 hours per week, usually over 4/5 days per week, which will include days both in the week and also at the weekend.
Experience as a fully trained barista is ideal and some basic food preparation would also be helpful but not essential. What we do want though is someone who has the skills and ability to manage a youthful team of dedicated staff and who is driven by the desire to deliver excellent customer service
The starting rate of pay is flexible for the right candidates but this will be discussed at the interview.
