What You'll Be Doing

As our Bar & Cafe Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our operation:

Leading the Team

Supervise daily bar and cafe operations with confidence and flair Support and mentor junior staff to help them shine Organise rotas and delegate tasks to keep everything running smoothly Foster a motivated, positive team environment

Serving Excellence

Pull perfect pints and craft quality coffee like a pro Prepare hot beverages and serve drinks with a smile Provide exceptional customer service that keeps our members coming back Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues with ease

Managing Operations

Food preparation (Short order) and presentation to maintain quality standards Monitor stock levels and manage inventory control Handle cash and card payments accurately Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Manage opening and closing procedures Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and licensing laws Implement health and safety policies across the premises

Proven supervisory or management experience

in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting

Knowledge of food preparation

, cooking, and food production processes

Understanding of food safety standards

and regulations

Previous leadership or team management experience Food hygiene certificate First aid certification Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary techniques Experience in menu planning and development
