Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Cafe Supervisor to help oversee all the operations of Cafe@Castlefield in our second year of operation with exciting future plans.

You will work closely with the company's leadership team & Cafe Manager to ensure that the cafe runs smoothly and efficiently, including training and scheduling. You would also track inventory, order supplies and ensure the cafe is clean and well-maintained.

The right candidate will be excited about creating and implementing marketing strategies to further promote the cafe and increase customer traffic. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and experience in the food service industry.

Minimum requirements:

at least two years of experience in hospitality ability to commit to working a variable shift pattern which will include weekends and bank holidays excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills creativity and graphic design with social media skills are a plus a love of coffee ideally with barista experience (but full training will be given to the right candidate) cooking skills are essential as we pride ourselves in homemade cakes and freshly prepared menu candidates with supervisory experience preferred Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate required or to be achieved as a condition of any employment offer

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
