Cafe and Bar Manager

We're looking for a passionate and driven Cafe and Bar Manager to lead our established team through an exciting new chapter at M Shed. With a complete renovation of the cafe and bar area underway, this is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a newly developed space in one of Bristol's most iconic cultural venues.

What you'll do:

Drive high standards across both cafe and bar operations Lead the introduction of a newly redeveloped cafe and bar area Train, support and develop the team to deliver exceptional service Manage rotas, stock, compliance and day-to-day operations Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth transitions and consistent quality

What we're looking for:

Proven management experience in hospitality Previous barista and bar experience is highly desirable A confident leader with a hands-on approach Passion for customer service and team development Someone excited to run a newly developed cafe and bar space

Details:

40 hours per week, worked over 5 days out of 7 Shifts include evenings, with finish times up to 10:30pm Work in a vibrant, waterfront location with an established team
