Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team at Radisson blu . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Restaurant, Bar and Events operations, ensuring high standards of service and product quality while leading a dynamic team. Your leadership will play a vital role in enhancing guest satisfaction and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Develop and implement creative drink menus that align with guest preferences. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create complementary food pairings for beverages.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant and Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage preparation. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
