Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring they meet our quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment. Support catering operations during special events or busy periods, ensuring timely delivery of services. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations and a positive working environment. Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.

Experience

Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with barista duties or coffee preparation is an advantage. A background in hospitality or catering will be beneficial. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain compliance with health regulations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
