Duties

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons warmly and taking their orders efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment. Support bartending duties as needed, ensuring that beverages are prepared accurately and served promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to food safety standards and best practices in all aspects of food handling and preparation. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring that all food items are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Experience in bartending or catering is a plus, enhancing your ability to contribute to our diverse service offerings. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer experiences is essential for success in this role.
