Main Job responsibilities
Preparing food and drinks, serving on the till and coffee machine.
To carefully prepare any food and drinks for customers with dietary requirements, following all safety procedures.
To observe and work strictly to all hygiene and health and safety regulations, filling in any relevant paperwork required in the monthly planner.
Handling customer enquiries and passing any complaints on to the Supervisor/Manager
Greeting and advising customers
To clean to a high standard the kitchen area, counter and cafe area following strict guidelines.
To place daily orders with suppliers
To ensure all deliveries are put away quickly and efficiently.
To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.
