Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. In charge of l preparation for service, ensuring timely delivery of dishes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods. .

Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential; Cafe experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated skills in food preparation and cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Culinary experience is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key. Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
