We are seeking two talented and passionate Cook/Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of light dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Duties

Prepare and cook a diverse range of light dishes according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Assist in menu planning and develop new culinary ideas to enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations, and other facilities such as dinning areas. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure ingredients are fresh and available. Serve food to guests in a professional, courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Adhere to health and safety policies at all times, promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Experience in meal preparation and presentation that meets high-quality standards. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and maintenance procedures. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates. A genuine passion for food and delivering exceptional service to guests. Basic barista skills
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 21 per week
