Duties

food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards cook to order, baked scones and cakes Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations Ensure all ingredients are stored correctly and stock levels are monitored regularly Serve meals efficiently and courteously to customers in a timely manner Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment Support the team in maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace throughout shifts

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment is beneficial but not mandatory Familiarity with meal preparation, serving, or kitchen operations will be considered an asset Enthusiasm for culinary arts and a willingness to learn new skills are highly valued
