We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a kitchen hand /cook / pot washer . As a kitchen assistant , you will play a crucial role in our restaurant by assisting with meal preparation and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. If you have a culinary background and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to our recipes and standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Help with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.

Pay: 12.21-12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
