Saltdean Lido has undergone a major refurbishment and is now open. We have just opened our cafe bar, restaurant, outside dining options and events space.

We are looking for a strong individual with experience to run our Cafe operation.

To lead , inspire and mentor the team everyday to deliver an outstanding customer experience. To work with the senior management team to help with the running of onsite F&B operations. This a hands on roll, that needs some one who loves being on the floor and inspiring their team to deliver a great experience.

The successful applicants role will include...

Leading & mentoring the Front of House team on shift Delivering a high end food operation and exceptional customer service Managing staffing levels and keeping within budget. Maintaining health and safety requirements. Keeping service levels at a high level at all times including peak trading times.

Pay: 30,000.00-36,000.00 per year
