Cafe Manager- Daytime only.
We are seeking a passionate Cafe Manager to join our team at Clementine Gloucester.
As a Cafe Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cafe, including overseeing food preparation, supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering a memorable dining experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe - Supervise and train cafe staff on food production and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the Hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control practices
