Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen eye for detail. As the Coffee Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily operations of the coffee shop to ensure high standards of service and quality. Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and merchandising products effectively. Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth while maintaining cost control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance. Coordinate staff schedules while ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.

Experience

The successful candidate should have:

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role within the food service industry. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop team members. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multilingual or bilingual capabilities being an advantage. Demonstrated organisational skills with effective time management abilities. Experience in merchandising products to enhance customer engagement. Administrative experience with attention to detail in record keeping. Knowledge of phone etiquette to handle customer interactions professionally.
