Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe Manager! The ideal candidate will have at least a year barista experience and management/supervisor experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our cafe runs smoothly, providing exceptional service to our guests while leading a dedicated team.

Duties

Lead and manage all aspects of the establishment, including food preparation, kitchen operations, and front-of-house services. Supervise staff across various departments, ensuring high standards of service and performance. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering processes to maintain adequate stock for kitchen and bar operations. Create new seasonal specials (drinks and food) Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest experience. Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve skills in bartending, food service, and hospitality practices.

Skills

Proven experience in management Barista experience Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and best practices in service delivery. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively. Proficient in kitchen experience, including food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for coffee with a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences.

Pay: 16.00 per hour
