Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cafe Manager to join our team in Worthing. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our cafe runs smoothly while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage daily cafe operations to ensure high standards of quality and service. Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality control. Implement food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Handle inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership. Engage with customers to build relationships and enhance their dining experience.
Experience
Must have experience in hospitality management within a cafe or restaurant environment
Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to work both weekdays and weekends.
