Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of a busy cafe-style restaurant, overseeing service from breakfast through lunch
Lead from the front - hands-on, visible and operational
Deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment
Ensure the venue is welcoming, clean, well-presented and consistently stocked
Take responsibility for opening and closing duties, food safety standards and compliance
Stock takes, rotas, budgeting and team training - it's all yours
What we're looking for
You will have proven experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager or Retail-Restaurant Manager in a busy hospitality environment. * You might be an experienced assistant manager looking to take the next step in their career
Background in daytime-led operations such as cafes, casual dining, or retail food outlets
You will be highly organised, customer-focused and confident managing volume service
Comfortable working across front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Passionate about great coffee, food and service
Experience in driving sales and revenue through strong service standards and local marketing
You need to live close to the area for morning starts
