We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred, along with a passion for culinary service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently upheld Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen operations Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills Handle guest inquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the dining area before, during, and after service shifts

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving procedures Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions accurately Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory; a genuine passion for food service is essential
