Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Cafe Staff to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment, ensuring all guests enjoy a memorable experience. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right applicants. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including speciality coffees as a Barista if experienced. Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks efficiently to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and kitchen surfaces. Assist with food preparation tasks in accordance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately. Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. Provide friendly and professional service to all guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Support catering functions and special events as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred; restaurant or cafe experience is highly desirable. Barista experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates. Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods. Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings if necessary. A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
