The Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced and highly reliable staff to join our elite team. This is not a slow-paced cafe. Key Responsibilities:

Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner, even during the busiest periods. Manage the transaction process smoothly.

Operational Excellence & Team Support:
Work in tight coordination with the Supervisor to ensure all tasks--from opening/closing duties to stock rotation and cleanliness--are completed correctly and efficiently.

Who You Are (The Must-Haves):

Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume coffee shop or similar hospitality environment.

Reliability is Non-Negotiable: You have an impeccable attendance and punctuality record. We depend on you to be the backbone of our service.
