Hello Everyone, I are looking for a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to run a vegetarian friendly cafe. This is a solo role, ideal for someone with strong food preparation experience. The cafe is located inside an office building near Liverpool Street station and operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve fresh vegetarian food, including light meals, snacks, and drinks. Manage daily cafe operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards. Handle customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Manage stock levels and place orders as needed. Handle cash and card payments. Requirements: Essential: Experience in food preparation and coffee making. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Good customer service skills. Knowledge of vegetarian food is a plus.
