Cafe Supervisor

We're looking for a confident and energetic Cafe Supervisor to lead our friendly team at Blaise Cafe, nestled in the beautiful Blaise Castle Estate. If you're passionate about great customer service, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

Supervise and lead the onsite team, ensuring smooth daily operations Champion and uphold brand standards in every aspect of service Support with rota planning, stock management, and compliance with health, safety, and profit protection policies Deliver a customer-centric experience with enthusiasm and professionalism Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration and high performance

What we're looking for:

Energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for hospitality Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach A focus on both customer satisfaction and team wellbeing Previous experience in a supervisory role within a cafe or hospitality setting is desirable

Details:

35 hours per week, worked over 5 days out of 7 Free parking available onsite Work in a scenic and historic location Be part of a supportive and passionate team
