Do you have previous experience Supervising a team and enjoy the buzz the hospitality industry can bring? Then you could be our next Cafe Supervisor, your job will be to work alongside our Cafe Manager to ensure smooth running of our cafe area.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Welcome guests on arrival and bid them farewell. Take guests orders and put them on till. Good knowledge of food and drinks. Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety. Serve guests food & drinks and check on their satisfaction. Housekeeping of the Restaurant (Cleaning floors, tables, back areas) Trains new team members in company standards, customer service, and job duties Connects with customers and develops strong relationships to encourage repeat visitation Creates an atmosphere on delivering superior customer service Motivates, guides, and mentors team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment during shifts.

Key Skills and Competencies:

You must have at least 1 years' experience within hospitality Good verbal and written English communication skills are essential as well as eligibility to work in the UK. Good personal appearance and hygiene. Basic knowledge of food hygiene. Passionate about customer satisfaction. You must be flexible in terms of the working hours required of you.
