We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our small and friendly team here at Not Just Coffee Dalry. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer focused environment and has a passion for high quality coffee. As a supervisor, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, leading a team of baristas and ensuring that every customer has a fantastic experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their leadership skills in a dynamic cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere. Oversee and mentor staff, ensuring excellent service standards. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food items, adhering to recipes and hygiene protocols. Manage stock levels and ensure the cafe is well-stocked and organized. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Ensure the cafe operates efficiently and meets health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a supervisory position. Barista experience with a passion for coffee and drink preparation. Food prep experience and knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. A valid level 2 food hygiene certificate. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
