Job Description

We are hiring a supervisor to join our team, we are open 9 am until 5 pm so we usually finish at 5:30 pm and start no earlier than 8 am. We are a young company with a very good product and we aim to be the best in what we are doing. We are looking for people that can work any day of the week and have flexibility. But we will try to make your work life as flexible as possible to get a good quality of life too.

You will be doing closings too including cashing up and closing the cafe

(key holder). On top of your salary and paid breaks you will have tips done every week, around 2,5 to 3,5 per hour more.

Job duties and tasks:

1) Making multiple drinks simultaneously

2) Clean and sanitise work areas, utensils, or equipment

3) Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them, providing information with product details such as coffee blend.

4) Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.

5) Receive and process customer payments.

6) Clean tables and take drinks/food to the customers.

8) Wash dishes and keep the customer area clean and presentable at all times.

9) Go the extra mile for our customers and help them to have an unique experience.

10) Enjoy your work and be proud of what you are doing.

11) Manage the till and be able to do some small maths calculations.
