Job Overview

As a Cafe Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our bustling cafe, ensuring exceptional service and culinary experiences for our customers.

Help to create and maintain a coffee culture serving a specialty level product to the highest possible standards

Help to train and build a successful team of baristas

Duties

- Supervising cafe staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere

- Managing product mix and display of bakery items ensuring consistency in presentation and customer experience

- Providing high level hospitality experience to our customers

- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness standards

- Implementing team management strategies to enhance productivity and morale

Skills

- Strong eye for detail with experience in team management

- Proficiency in specialty coffee, both service and maintenance - knowledge of dialling, grinder maintenance and latte art essential

- Knowledge of food safety standards and protocols and ability to effectively manage while on shift

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff efficiently

Qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
