Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cafe and bakery shop supervisor to oversee daily operations within our family run cafe bakery shop environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, supervision of staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.Must be able to work as part of a team
Hours worked over 4 days Wednesday-Saturday, other days needed for holiday cover where needed .

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas Assist with food production, including preparing beverages Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction Implement health and safety procedures in accordance with industry regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
