Job Description

We are an award-winning team looking for a reliable and motivated Cafe/Bar Team Leader to join us. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with a strong focus on food preparation and cooking, where our customers expect consistently high standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Cooking and preparing food to order Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen Serving customers in the cafe and bar Opening and closing the premises Leading and supporting the team during service Working weekends on a rotational basis
You will work closely with others, but the role requires initiative, self-motivation, and the confidence to lead from the front.

Training will be provided, so experience is welcome but not essential.
