Staff Vacancy - Cafe/restaurant Supervisor progressing to Trainee Assistant Manager for the right candidate.
Y Consti @The Aberystwyth Cliff Railway is looking to hire for its team.
We are seeking an eager and enthusiastic individual to join our team on a permanent, full time basis.

This role is full time and not suitable for a student or as a second job.

The ideal candidate would have a proven track record for providing excellent customer service and have experience within the catering and hospitality industry. The ability to lead and motivate the staff members is essential so we are looking for somebody who is confident and has worked in a leadership role before. This is a hands on position within an independently run, not for profit business. We are willing to consider an in house training program for the right candidate, and invite those with the relevant experience who are over the age of 18 to apply. (18+ only as alcohol sales are involved).
